KEVIN E. PALACIOS, CPP, PSP, PCI
Kevin E. Palacios is a security leader with more than 25 years of experience in executive protection, protective intelligence, corporate investigations, and regional security operations across Latin America.
He leads HELPS Latam’s operating model by combining international security standards, local intelligence, secure mobility, and coordinated regional execution.
Kevin served as Chair of the ASIS International Executive Protection Community and has contributed to the advancement of executive protection practice and professional security standards. As a recognized member and Chair of the Executive Protection Community in 2025, ongoing volunteer leadership recognition.
